Atlantics ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Pomodoro Focus Timer mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

When you use the App, certain information is collected automatically by our third-party service providers:

3.1 Timer Functionality

All timer operations (countdown, phase transitions, progress tracking) run entirely on your device. Timer data is not transmitted to any server.

3.2 Live Activities

If you use the App on iOS 16.1 or later, timer progress may be displayed on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island via Live Activities. This data is processed locally on your device by the operating system and is not transmitted to our servers.

3.3 Local Notifications

The App may send local notifications to inform you when a timer phase is complete. These notifications are generated and delivered entirely on your device and do not involve our servers.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only through the following third-party service providers:

For non-premium users, Google AdMob may use device information and ad identifiers to serve personalized or contextual advertisements. You can control ad personalization through your device's privacy settings. Premium subscribers are not shown any advertisements.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court order or government agency).

4.4 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.

5.1 Local Storage

Your timer settings and app preferences are stored locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults, which is encrypted at rest by the operating system. This data does not leave your device.

Analytics events, crash reports, and subscription data are stored by our respective third-party service providers (PostHog, Bugsnag, RevenueCat) on their secure infrastructure. Each provider uses industry-standard security measures.

7.1 Ad Personalization

You can control ad personalization through your iOS device settings under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. You can also opt out of personalized ads by enabling "Limit Ad Tracking" on your device.

You can enable or disable notifications through the App's Settings screen or through your device's notification settings.

7.3 Premium Subscription

By subscribing to Pomodoro Pro, you can remove all advertisements from the App. You can manage your subscription through the App or through the Apple App Store subscription settings.

7.4 Data Deletion

7.5 Analytics Opt-Out

You can limit analytics data collection by disabling the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on your device through your iOS privacy settings.

Your information may be transferred to, and maintained on, servers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. Our analytics data is processed in the European Union (PostHog EU). Other service providers may process data in the United States or other jurisdictions.

For transfers from the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
